Very sad to see Merrie Olde England go down to Jerry.

As one British tabloid said a few years ago, it's no surprise to see the Germans beat us (England) at our national game. We've beaten them at their national game ... twice!!

The only redeeming feature was that it was a Liverpool player who scored the winner for the Hun.

It sucks, the worse part was that I stayed home and stayed awake until 3am to watch it. I should've went to a party and got shitfaced.

Great to see the useless poms go down. No surprise really with their overinflated egos England have never operated as a team. Thats why Good ole Jerry have won the Cup 3 times!! And the last time Germany who incidently play in black/white won the cup was 1990...a great year in sports for me and it been downhill since...
