What sort of a sick and twisted F---wit does this to a poor and defenceless animal,it just makes sick sad and bloody sick in the stomach, when someone does this sick act of cruelty.
Dog impaled on fence
August 09, 2007
A DOG was critically injured when it was deliberately impaled on a fence in the central Victorian city of Bendigo early today.
A woman in Jennings Street, Bendigo East, was woken by the dog's cries about 12.15am.
She said the black female labrador was cut from the fence by firefighters using the jaws of life and helped by a local vet, a council ranger and police.
The dog as taken to a veterinary clinic in nearby Eaglehawk, where two steel stakes were surgically removed.''
The dog is expected to recover.
Bendigo police have called for witnesses to contact them.

I'd like to see people like that caught and sent to the big house for a stretch in the hope that he finds himself similarly impaled on a foreign object, in a place he doesn't desire it. Scumbag. _________________ Need a pen? try Pen Island. www. penisland. net |

Saw it on the news tonight. The labrador and it's mate a jack russel had been missing for a couple of days. The owners believe the jack russell may have ran thru the fence and the labrador tried to jump it and got impaled. Seeing the fence on TV, it wasn't high and if the dog got half way over and it's body weight trapped it, quite possible.
if some asshole did deliberatley pick up a dog and drop it onto the fence spikes then the same should hapen to them. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Gotta wonder what goes through some people's minds. Although, as stui said, there is a possibility it wasn't a deliberate act.
The thing that worries me most is this: if there is someone out there who is willing to do something like this to an animal, that same person probably has few issues with doing the same to a human being. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Dispicable really if someone did this to the poor dog, there really is nothing more gutless than an act like that. _________________ The black & white jumper, worn by heroes worshipped by millions. |

I'd like to volunteer to do the impaling
No hope for "people" and I use the term loosely who can do such a thing

Sorry to say that even if it was deliberate it's not the worst act of cruelty I've seen on a dog. The RSPCA Investigations unit had a stall at an RSPCA open day once. Some of the stuff there made my g/f cry and nearly me. I don't know how people can do it to a beautiful, defenceless creature whose only aim in life is to satisfy its owner. _________________ - "Number 42?
