I don't expect him to be terrible.
The worst thing he's done as coach is to do trading like AFL is fantasy football. No way he'd do that again. |

lets see, he was welcomed at his playing club as a senior coach and failed miserably, but then had the grace to take a position as an assistant,
"In October 2014 Voss joined the Port Adelaide Football Club as their midfield manager, replacing Phil Walsh who had joined the Adelaide Football Club.[19] One measure of his success at Port is the number of their midfielders selected for the All-Australian team Robbie Gray (2014, 2017, 2018) Chad Wingard (2015), Travis Boak (2020), Charlie Dixon (2020) and Brownlow medalist Ollie Wines (both 2021)."

He seemingly didn't approve of the appointment. His last words were apparently, "Voss coach Carlton....over my dead body....pig's arssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..........." |

As strange as it sounds, I have a begrudging respect for Elliott.
Reminds me a bit of Big Al in the way they both stood up for their clubs vehemently even in times of great opposition against the AFL.
