Madgen was so good. Really pleased with how he’s developing as a footballer (particularly when, this time last year, it looked like he was never going to make it). Loved Sier’s game too, and Ruscoe showed some good signs apart from that howler in the last. So good to have Sidebottom back in the team too. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Roughead moves slower than the Queen Mary. Then gives away hot handballs. |

Proves to me we don't play cox again. The statue wouldn't of done anymore than what Reid did or Cameron the week before. He obviously hasn't proved to anyone at Collingwood t h at he deserves a recall. _________________ no second chances |

Oh my God,I think I just about died five times in that last quarter,In reality we should have one by a lot more,6 goals 14 is pathetic. We should have won by at least five goals.Too many players who just aren’t up to it,I’m afraid.Daicos was the highlight,he has real skills.Looking forward to seeing his brother play in the coming years. He’s supposed to be even better than Josh. |

Not many clubs like ours who go out of their way to try and screw it up quite like ours. We dominated every facet of the game and only just got over the line for a win. Coughed the ball up time and time again with overuse and poor decision making. Our kicking for goal is disgusting and there's far too many players going through the motions. Surely they're intelligent enough to know that Buckley's game plan (whatever that is) is garbage. I long for the day when one of them says f*** it we're taking the game on; time to play fast free flowing football. Instead we stop, prop, chip and turnover; or handball ourselves into a whirlwind of pressure. The swans had all the momentum in the last qtr and if it weren't for a moment of brilliance by Daicos, who knows what could've happened. If the injuries are as bad as what they looked then it's unlikely we'll see treloar, WHE or quaynor anytime soon. I'm done with 2020. |

We are just a team lacking in confidence, you can see it in them. Too much uncertainty what to do with the ball so they often just flip it off to someone else. |
You 've identified the core problem I reckon MM. Hence the handball to others under pressure, the bombing it haphazardly into the forward line.
The thrashing by WC has got into the players 's heads. Hopefully tonight 's win may restore some faith and belief. IQ will be sorely missed though. |

Does anyone think Daicos’s goal was a contender for goal of the year?I thought it was superb. |

This, this, double this!! We need the x-factor back, the unpredictability back, we need some spice, some pizazz, some dirty dancing. We need colour and flair to come back into our football. We are far too predictable now, too robotic, too vanilla. We need to confuse the opposition even if it means confusing ourselves (which we are doing already anyway). Some structure is fine but guys need to have license to express themselves and take it on, have a crack, take a chance, use their creativity and to hell with the outcome and consequences. When Daics kicked that goal I smacked my hands together hard and gave a massive fist pump with more emotion than I've felt all season, just from what Son of Peter did in that moment. Geez he reminded me of The Marvel. _________________ RED "BABY" CAVANAUGH: Didn't hear what the bet was.

Treloar came out in track suit but his leg (right I think) appeared to have padding around the thigh
Any one noticed it ???? _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |
