Pies were 10th after 9 rounds 5 and 4 so this season has been improved I know that west coast were flying and richmond were their likely opponent come the GF |

We are better off, but depending on how you look at it, perhaps only slightly:
-our 2 losses are against teams we also lost to last year
-we have only beaten one time we lost to in h&a last year (Richmond). All our other wins have been against teams we also beat last year.
So arguably, we are only one win better off than last year. But a win tonight over the swans is a jump forward, as we lost to them last year _________________ I find your lack of faith disturbing |

A gauge on improvement levels. We have 7 yes 7 players out of our best 22 unavailable tonight. I'll be happy with a 1 point win. If you count Sharenberg and Dunne that's 9. _________________ "Still waiting for your call Caroline ... not a quote in sight. Don't ever presume to speak on Collingwood's behalf," |

I'm not sure how you come up with us missing 9 of our best 22? I don't count Shaz or Dunne, but even then, we are missing 6 of our best imo - Varcoe, Moore, Langdon, Adams, De Goey and Elliott. That's a massive chunk of our best team, so I'll also be happy with a 1 point win tonight. |

Cox would count as 7 out.He would be regarded as being in our best 22,wouldn’t he? |

Thanks Doriswilgus,
Rude, I said if you count Sharenberg and Dunne. I would have at least one of them before Greenwood.
As I said there is 7, but there could be an argument for as many as 9.
Edit
Just wanted to say Levi if you continue to play like you did last night I will retract what I said. Great game, thought Aish was really good as well.
Hope for some inclusions next week. _________________ "Still waiting for your call Caroline ... not a quote in sight. Don't ever presume to speak on Collingwood's behalf," |

Yes - great debut. Had a 1st qtr any player would want to forget, but smashed it in the 2nd and announced himself as a valuable addition _________________ I find your lack of faith disturbing |

^ Yep, Mihocek was an instant hit for us. Plays like an old school footballer.
The moment he won me over was on Queens Birthday (2nd game) when he had the composure to kick a goal on the 3QT siren from a set shot at around 45m out on a 45 degree angle and never looked like missing. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |
