Pity they could'n spend 2 cents per sticker and give you something that looks good and will last the season.
I wouldn't surprise me to see it the size of a postage stamp next year. _________________ Now Retired - Every Day Is A Saturday |

A question for those who have received or maybe still haven't received their membership how long did it take for you to receive your membership after you had renewed or signed up for a 2016 membership?
I renewed on November 6 last year and received my membership on March 15 a few weeks ago. Is this actually unusual for our club's standards or is this widespread amongst other members? _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

So I spoke to Xavier on Friday about my parents membership situation. He seemed concerned and took ownership of the case (if you will call it that) and took care of it.
Good guy Xavier.
Thanks. |

Just a note from the club to take ownership of this issue and give a commitment to do better next year should have been received by now.
As members, aren't we the clubs customers?, piss poor customer service then!! |

Same here.
Have done auto renew for the last couple of years and have received membership packs (3) in either late December or January.
And if anyone wants some stickers, I have some, normally put them in the bin as have no use for them. _________________ If you are foolish enough to be contented, don't show it, but just grumble with the rest. - Jerome K Jerome |

I wrote to Gary Pert about the membership pack and also about Collingwood supporters being locked out of the Glasshouse over the Australian Open. I know he must receive a lot of mail, but I'm disappointed he didn't bother to reply. That pathetic sticker is an embarrassment; even the PauperRoos and the Welfare's stickers are better than ours. Perhaps we need to be proactive and make sure they are listening. How about a Twitter campaign people? I'm happy to get it rolling. _________________ After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!

Come to think of it, I have not seen one car displaying that membership sticker this year. Last year they were everywhere. I have used the tiny sticker on my numberplate a la Melbourne supporters. I even went into the Club shop to buy a sticker. The conversation went like this:
"I'd like to buy the official car sticker. I can't see it on display."
"We only have these," she shows me a cartoon like sticker.
"No I want the official one with the Australian and Collingwood flags."
"We don't have them. We don't make them any more."
Is Presti still in charge of the product range? _________________ After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!
