Will always be a Collingwood Premiership player but I'm very happy we have won the trade for him.

Don't fool yourself, he went for $$$$$$

I'm hoping he's enjoying it.

Collingwood looked after this boy. He gave us a few good seasons, although not a noted finals player if you ask me. Made his decision and now must wear it. Like Daisy Thomas, he will probably look back and think he made the wrong decision, but big money is big money. BTW, there was plenty of talk early in 2014 that Brisbane was getting him. He'd already made up his mind. The rest was a charade.

It's like the Aish and Treloar moves really; both boys spoke about the tough decisions and that they'd only decided days before the announcement. That's BS and we all know it. They'd decided months before; in Treloar's case, maybe even years before. Dangerfield anyone?

Don't really care about Beams anymore, we did very well out of the deal and that's the most important thing.
