Who thought you be saying that this year |
Could just as easily be 4-7.... Just saying. |

If Collingwood is 4-7 I would expect a match fixing investigation that will be bigger than the ASADA scandal |

I doubt we'll be 4-7. It wont easily be 4-7 that's for sure. Given our current form and who we've beaten and how much by, I doubt we'll lose to Richmond, Gold Coast, Melbourne and GWS. Even if we drop one of those games and lose to Geelong and North Melbourne we'll still be 7-4. In all liklihood that's the worst we will be. AND given that we're going pretty well at the moment and we have knocked off Essendon (who are up and down but did knock of the Hawks) I reckon we've got half a chance against Geelong and North too.
So 4-7, unlikely. 8-3, quite possible and everyone on here would've taken that at the start of the year! 8-3 with Sidey and Greenwood to come back and MAYBE Reid (here's hoping!) - don't dismiss that opportunity too lightly!

AND if we're 8 and 3 and that's as good as we are going to be (ie. can't beat Hawks, Freo, Port, Sydney, Western Bulldogs (maybe) or Geelong (second time) - we can still finish with 13 and 9 which will probably make the finals this year (would've been 7th last year) - even if we're just making up the numbers it's great experience for a young side and certainly another great opportunity - we need to finish a lot stronger than last year though, at round 12 last year we were 8 and 3 also!!

They didn't win big. In fact, they didn't win.

I doubt it to, but it's still a possibility. |

Great start to the season so far despite playing some easy opponents in the Lions, Saints and Blues but nevertheless we beat all three emphatically even if the first game against the Lions suggested the scoreline was closer than it actually was.
The win against Essendon on ANZAC Day was massive for the club and I truly think that was the day where supporters are starting to believe in this playing group. We have some good tests coming up in the Cats and Tigers now and both are winnable matches provided we play to our maximum potential in these matches.
Overall, so far so good! _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

Half a chance? We rarely lose to North and anyway its at the MCG, they don't like it there. Geelong are looking pretty poor so far this year, only just beat the Suns and Richmond whilst losing to North in Geelong. |

Only the WC could relegate us to third but they'd have to beat PA to do it. _________________ Donny.
