That tackle on Scotland was simply excellent.

It's funny how all the commentators noticed him this week (Bruce in particular). Amazing what one article during the week can do for a player's profile.

I love The Sack, always have, always will. I met him last year at the Boxing Day Test, it was great. I walked passed him and said "Hey Tyse". He gave me a quick smile LOL.

He's in career best form for mine at least when it comes to intensity at the contest.

Nah Maxwell plays loose in defence and is a general.

Goldsack works his ass off with pressuer and tackles.

Different players.

Both very good at what they so.

I suspect this is the fittest Goldy has been. Over the years he seems to have suffered during pre-season with minor injuries and illnesses, including glandular fever. It makes such a difference when a player can train full on and be injury free. This was certainly the year he had to finally live up to his potential to secure his spot in our best 22. He's done that already. Arguably he is the best and hardest tackler in the AFL. That makes him a powerful weapon for us, particularly as he can be used forward or back. Well done Goldy.
