Shall we organise a march with 100s of us marching to the G decked out in gear flags chanting making noise as we did during 2002/03 finals, or wait for if we make it next week?

Would be fantastic to really let everyone know the magpie army has arrived, GO PIES!

They do that for the Melbourne Storm all the time. They start at Fed square. It's really good, we'd go for a few frothy's at the tranny (not of that variety either) and then go to the ground. It's a good walk.

I'm in.

We did it when we were in Adelaide for the A-League final (marched from a pub, police escorts on horses - the whole shebang).

It was great (and intimidating for the other supporters).

DO IT, and get the word out on SEN.

Walk from like the Cricketers Arms or Lexus, or somewhere where many gather and head for the 'G as one voice.

Remember this? http://www.magpies.net/nick/bb/viewtopic.php?t=5260

Why from the Cricketers OR the Lexus................. why not from both !?

I know Dan is always at the Lexus and I think (!?) Joffa is at the Cricketers............... surely with mobile phones they can call, set the time, and march from both !!!

That'd really stick it up em, from both sides of the ground you would have the Mighty Black and White army marching and chanting all the way around the G !!!

Great idea, The march from the Lexus centre sounds good, across the footbridge to the MCG, waving flags and singing the song, we'll see what type of response we get tin this topic over the next few days, word of mouth will also be very important!

I'll ask the boys at the club if something can be put on the website, no offence but if we organise it on here we'll be lucky to get six people show up.
What time shall we march ?
What time does the game start friday night ?
