Ok here it is folks a copy of the internal email from Malcolm Blight sent to the staff at the club :

Dear Players and Staff of the StKilda F.C. and tin rattlers

I was very disappointed with our performance against Collingwood last Friday night. If i knew that you guys are going to play that shit i never would have taken the job. It was a piss weak effort. You Stkilda supporters are pathetic as well. The Collingwood Cheersquad led by a guy called "Joffa" shitted all over you piss weak supporters.

But the key is dont panic. I believe we can be consistently shit all year. All in all well done i think this year we can add another woodenspoon to our collection.

Beware of Blighty. Especially when he bags his own team. Remember "pathetic Pittman". Remember the day he walked out before the match was over.

Expect a much more committed St.Kilda Cheer Squad this week. I'm sure they'll have pictures of Joffa all over the banner-making room at Moorabbin to motivate them for this week. And an extra ration of donuts all round.
