Hmm, nice list of tryers you've got there coach. But, I feel your strategy of rewarding time on the track may be a little old-fashioned. Jock's a modern man and understands the concept of work-life balance. Some of us are able to work smarter not harder and still produce excellent results. Take a leaf from the master coach's playbook and I'm sure you could achieve similar success.
