I've gotta say, this sounds really encouraging guys. Really happy with reports in particular about Dawes, Blair, Keefe, Reid, Beams, J Mac, Bryan and Barham.

I get the impression that, god forbid, if we get a senior injury that spells the end of the season for a mid/small defender-forward, then Blair is automatic inclusion to the seniors. Dawes is powering his way to another crack and Keefe is obviously standing up to be noticed. Great stuff.

Get the Ruz back on the park again and the second half of the year could be the real arrival of the Pies in both AFL and VFL.

Blair could be a Sammy Mitchell type for us, he was super yesterday.

Also was impressed with McCarthy and Beams, class above that level.

Dawes was ok... not great but ok, thought he could work harder at this level.

Reid is suited to HB and not sure why MM brings him in and plays him forward, talk about mixed messages.
