well i was 7 at the time and i remember my dad disappearing for a couple of days to go line up for a ticket, then i saw him on the news. then i watched it on tv with my mum and i remember it being f*cking sweet as. then giving my cousin, who WAS an essendon supporter at the time (shes collingwood now), a ring and giving her the shits about it and my stupid next door neighbour cried when essendon lost HAHA to him. yeah that was one kewl day!
