Can't see any silverware glittering for the toons at Wembley Joffa, or for any other side. (It's getting ripped down)

As for season prospects, toon will finish mid table, with and outside shot at Europe.

Best hope is a good cup run me feels.

Who do folks reckon will get relegated this season.

The LD tea leaf reading says bon voyage to Bolton (should be renamed the Yo Yo's), Derby and West Ham.

I admire your optimism Joffa.

I just hope for your sake you are able to keep Kieron Dyer, he's an essential part of Newcastle United.

Holy shit Joffa's back-I thought he'd gone forever from this forum. We'll all be able to get back to slagging each other off again.
Newcastle have currently got a wad of cash burning a hole in their pocket but they can't persuade any top name players to sign for them. They've tried to get Zenden a dutch winger but he told them to f*** off & they tried for a french winger & got the same reply. They spent Ł6m on Craig Bellamy (who's Welsh-agghhh) but that money was more in hope of an unfullfilled talent rather than a champion player.Shearer's still suffering from his injury/operation & I doubt he'll ever be a force again BUT on the positive side Newcastle won the first leg of their inter toto cup game 4-0 so they have a chance of sneaking into the UEFA cup.

I do not & have never loved Liverpool FC
