Ah, so now it is terrorism to kill invading soldiers.
If David Hicks (no charge, a total show trial) and this guy are the worst of the offenders being held in Guantanamo, it shows what a cruel joke on humanity that illegal prison is.

The same thing happens in every war.
The winners get to put the losers in the dock for war crimes, of course both sides pretty much did exactly the same thing to each other.
I guess its one of the "spoils" of war.

Actually, even after WWII German soldiers weren't arrested universally, and many of them did much worse than this guy ever dreamt of doing.
Surely a combatant has never legally been charged with nothing more than attacking an enemy combatant during wartime?!
Although Guantanamo Bay is an exercise in rampant illegality...

At 15, did the boy even know what he was doing and did he really have any other choice? If he was defending his homeland, how is that a crime?
5 yrs in prison without a trial. That's a (*&^%^& disgrace!
