Just shows you that all the money in the world and fame doesnt mean a thing. Sad he would go to those lengths. Seems like a decent bloke too.
Maybe someone needs to introduce him to the the great collingwood family. |

Owen Wilson asks for privacy after suicide bid
August 28, 2007
COMIC star Owen Wilson has made a plea for privacy after he was rushed to hospital following a suspected suicide attempt.
The Wedding Crashers star, who reportedly slashed his wrists and took a large number of unidentified pills two days ago, said he hoped to be left alone while he sought treatment.
"I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time," the actor said in a statement released by his publicist yesterday.
Wilson, 39, was reportedly discovered by his older brother Andrew who summoned help.
The Texas-raised comic was listed as being in a "good condition" at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre today by a hospital spokeswoman, who refused to disclose the reason for his admission.
Police confirmed officers responded to a "medical assistance call" at a house on Wilson's street in the beachside neighbourhood of Santa Monica shortly after noon local time on Sunday.

I concur with Samuel L Jackson almost beating the crap out of Papparazzi today for harassing the hospital and Owen. My aunty committed suicide last week, after a 10 year battle with post traumatic stress disorder. The local newspapers were hassling my family for information linking to the who, what, where, why, how etc, as she was a well known figure in their local community.
The media disgusts me. Everyone should just leave him alone.
