STOP DRINKING BOTTLED WATER!
http://www.theage.com.au/news/national/the-real-cost-of-bottled-water/2007/08/18/1186857841959.html
Quote: | In addition to the water in bottles, twice as much water is used in the production process. Every litre sold represents three litres of water. |
Quote: | Drinking water in Melbourne or Sydney costs around $1.20 a tonne," says Mr Kiernan. "Australian bottled water costs around $3000 a tonne. And Italian bottled water? About $9000 a tonne. |
Quote: | He estimates that the total amount of energy required for every bottle of water is equivalent, on average, to filling a quarter of a plastic bottle with crude oil. |

The whole bottled water thing is a crock. Most of it is just tap water that's been dechlorinated and de flourided. Blind tests have shown most people can't tell the difference.
They stuck Flouride in the tap water years ago for a reason.
I'd rather drink tap water with a slice of lemon or lime or a trace of cordial than pay for that faddish crap. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

I hate bottled water. Tastes fake. I drink tap water. I won't even use the filtered water at work. My doc says I'm a lot healthier for it too. _________________ Insert useless signature here -----> |

I can't even taste any difference anyway. For christ's sake, it's water!
When I was down in Melbourne for the NIN gig earlier this year, I asked for some water at the bar, and was offered a $6 bottle. I politely declined and headed for the bathroom sink in the toilet... screw paying for water! _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

These days, drinking water comes with a preference. I prefer 'reverse-osmosis' water than fluoridated tap crap. (for mine)
I also enjoy water from a free flowing river.
Has anyone actually researched fluoride in water?Where does fluoride derive from?.....here is a video that may interest some of you. As I have mentioned above, drinking water these days comes with a preference. I know mine.
