Not quite, he's the son of reverend Tim costello, which makes him Peter Costello's nephew.

I don't see why kids' actions have to be blamed on their parents.

Hardly a kid, anyway, he's 21.

If he wasn't the son of someone in the public eye it would't rate a mention in the papers.

So, is the media coverage of this because:

a) tall poppy syndrome? trying to tear down anyone "famous" even by association>
b) just an example of how it can happen to anyone, not just the plebs
c)Celebrity fascination. The same garbage that means we have paparazzi chasing so called celebs all the time?
d) all of the above
