Recovery Sessions

If anyone opens this...

can someone tell me what happens at one of the recovery sessions??

cuz, i have a day off soon, and i want to go and watch the pies train, but its on a monday, and thats the usual recovery session.

So i was wondering, if that on the oval of vic p, or in the gym, and also what the recovery session consists of...

can anyone help me out on that one???

ok well its very early and usually involves swimming and stuff depending on which one u mean do u mean the very first one straight after the match?

yup, we play on the Sunday before my day off...

does that mean there is like no point in going to watch??

pretty much...its not really something for the fans and Collingwood are soooo often changing their times and stuff which is why its better just to go to the main session after the lockout...usually Fridays at 2 and u got a better chance of seein them there! But yeh if u really wanna see them stripped then the beach sessions in summer r good we spent basically the whole summer down at Sandy with Melbourne so if u wanna see Pies there they usually do theirs at Williamstown beach i think???
