Anyone heard anything about the two's? I can't believe the new web page doesn't even mention them - hopefully it's in the pipeline.

Well I'm back after a run-around all the web-sites without finding anything only to discover you've out-classed them all again.!. Looks as tho Tarrant has got a role to play next week!

I dropped in to Optus oval on the way to the G and saw about a third of the Magoos.

The best players listed in Nick's report played well during that time - with the exception of Patto. He only had two (mis)kicks.
Tarrant started in the centre square a few times and marked conistently in the forward half. Tuckey moved well around the ground and created some fruitful attacks.

Tape, Presti, Godden, Scotland and Anderson teamed well to move the ball quickly out of defence. Tape showed a good level of leadership and coached the younger players on where to run etc.

Of the others:

Smith - on the bench mainly
Gardiner and Kinnear - still need to get greater consistency in their marking
Raso - did well on the few occassions he was in the play

Oborne- didn't show anything
Lockyer- ran a lot but didn't get much of the ball
Adkins- fast, accurate disposal, but didn't kick long.
Jacotine- hard and desperate but small.
