Not that that probably made much difference to the final result, but your 'mates' that day joffa were:
B Sheehan, K Nicholls, M Ellis |

To be realistic you probibly would only expect 1 vote against Brisbane in a losing team.
The Games that I thought he really got screwed was the ANZAC Day match against Essendon.
35 possesions, 4goals in a team that goes down by 40 pionts:I think 2 of them were from outside 50m.
Worth at least one vote.

sorry but bucks accumulates possessions but does not hurt teams enough with his possession (barring the essendon game) consistently enough on a week to week basis. |

Joffa-How do you do it?
Bloody hell, you're on T.V more then eddie is.
Btw Who were you giving the old one finger salute too? Can you remember? How about an autograph? lol
Also guys don't worry about Bucks not winning the Brownlow, its just an umpires pet award, given to limp-wristed calender boys.
Not to mention its named after some office boy from Girlong. Besides what do umpires know about football? Jackshit!
Can't wait until Bucks wins his fifth copeland trophy and equals Len Thompson's record. |

Hey maggee_pye.
I am not talking about a week to week basis.
I am talking about the one game against Essendon. As if
4 goals is not enough to hurt a side, from a midfeilder. |

unfortunately you have to produce on a week to week basis, that is what the brownlow is about buckley needs help so he can contribute in a more damaging way instead of just being a pack horse working tiressly all day |

Good comment, Fletch.
I think they should change the name of this award to the BrownNose Medal.

I saw Joffa on Brownlow night too! Onya Joffa!
In the Images of the Season package they did not show our official cheer squad (no dig intended), they showed Joffa from the Punt road end (second), and that tall guy with a moustache who always wears a singlet to the footy from the Ponsford end (first and he was with a guy who i reckon wore a school skirt and carried a handbag to the Geelong game this year) both Unofficial cheer squad members (both have been pinups on the back of Hot Pies 'zine too). There point in common is their unbridled passion for the Pies at the footy. They are an inspiration to us all!

I got quited Jaffa-ed on Monday.
First of all, I was looking through the 1999 AFL Season in Review book, and lo-and-behold, there's Joffa's mug on the "Last Game at Vic Park" page.
Then, like others have mentioned already, I was innocently sitting at home willing ANYONE to beat West once I realised Bucks was out of it, and Joffa appears again.
Do you have your own camera-man and photographer??? |
