Considering it tells you you are over your limit at random intervals for absolutely no reason at all, and the pop up ads that it displays slow the **** out of my computer, there is quite a bit bad about it.

Dave I agree with Hoggy, Rapidshare is heaps better than megaupload. It has better speed, no pop-ups and it is reliable without timing out during downloads.
