Assistant coaches are Michael Broadbridge, Brad Gotch, Gavin Brown, and Peter Moore helps with the rucks. Others are being interviewed to fill Laidley's role.

Scotty Cummings's new position is operating the donut van out Victoria Park...no, wait, actually he has some administrative role.

Chris Waterman is in the running to replace Laidley. MM worked with him at the eagles and when he left he said he'd love to work with him any time anywhere. MM rates him very high so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Yes, Wayne Brittain ended-up at Richmond. You have to admire the Tigers; after finishing 3rd-last this year, they pursued an Assistant Coach who could show them how to go all the way to last.

I just had an amazing idea.

We should put a sock-puppet on the Assistant Coaching payroll, and then for all the Press Conferences, we could send out the sock-puppet!
