Plea for help after dogs left for dead

UP to 60 greyhounds face an uncertain future after being abandoned on Victorian properties.
Fourteen dogs have already been seized by RSPCA investigators after being found starving at an undisclosed property last week.
The emaciated dogs had been left without food or water for up to two weeks and are being nursed back to health at the RSPCA's Burwood shelters.
RSPCA senior inspector Allie Jalbert said the seizures were part of a criminal investigation she could not discuss.
But Greyhound Racing Victoria is seeking foster carers for about 60 dogs believed to have been leased to a man who is not a licensed trainer.
Greyhound Racing Victoria is working to identify the seized dogs using ear tattoos, which are compulsory for all racing greyhounds.
Those that can be identified will be returned to their owners, however many do not have tattoos and will need to be adopted.
