Ah, the Spanish noble varieties of Granacha and Tempranillo are certainly making a strong comeback since some of the more forward thinking Bodegas started employing modern winemaking and viticultural practices.
delightfully charming reds an usually at reasonable prices.
When in doubt on where to find a rare wine head to Dan Murphy in either Alphinton or Prahran. |

Murphy doesn't seem to have an online catalogue...I found one or two places that do on line sales...was actually looking for a store round Fitzroy, (for a mate) |

Get online and find yourself vintage direct (www.vintagedirect.com.au, or some such can't recall) the actual stores are called Nick's wine merchants. |

Stick with your Caltex GTX2 HAL. I suggest a low grade viscosticy. A cheeky little number, shows a bit of age. Wont sludge up nuts and pistons. _________________ Enjoy yourself. Its later than you think! |
