Quote:

A Perth court has been told a 21-year-old man put a baby girl in a clothes dryer for two minutes "to give her a fun time".

Samuel Barnes-Siddall pleaded guilty in the Joondalup Magistrate's Court to causing bodily harm to the 14-month-old girl, who was left in his care one night in May while her mother went to the gym.

The court heard the man put the girl in the dryer when medicine was spilt on her clothes.

She suffered multiple burns and bruises to her back, forehead, hands and feet.

Incredible, you need a licence to drive a car, but nobody tests your ability to look after a child.

I was sickened by that story when I heard it a few weeks ago. Has there been any sort of psychological assessment on this guy? Sounds to me as though he's not all there

Rather disturbing indeed, by the sounds of things this guy should be sent to a mental asylum... if he is mentally ill then he is not necessarily as culpable as someone who hurts people wilfully, but arguably he poses even more danger to society. Thus I would suggest a long stay in a mental institution.

What would make you suggest a stay in a mental institution?

This also happened in Sydney a few months back, which is no surprise. He should have his wing wang cut off for being so irresponsible.

I read the story and couldnt believe it either. What is wrong with some people?
On a lighter note look at the tongues. Love em, we just need one on Hals and we will have a trifecta of tongues.
