Check out the Nicks How To Thread I put it all down in there, I regularly quote and then copy and paste the "[quote=??"]" and do it that way with parts I want from the post.

or you can quote in square brackets [] and then /quote in square brackets again to close the quote

[.quote]example[./quote]

now, I've put dots in there so that the quote doesn't work, but it gives you the idea, now i'll take them out and you get the quoted text.

highlight the text you want to quote and press the quote button when writting a reply.
