I saw the fixture today and I`m both happy and disappointed. Sad that the Pies don't play over here in Perth at all next season though cheered by that same actuality due to the fact that they have always played their worst football in this state, winning only twice in regular season matches (One in 1992 against the Girls and in 2001 against the Barry Crockers). At least I was able to see one of those, but the shockers they put in this year against the WA teams has dimmed the memory of that win. On top of that the win was sullied by the fact it took Collingwood till the last quarter to shake loose a team that had lost all its 16 games that year and had fallen below rock bottom on confidence.

All I have to say is mate welcome to our world...we have not seen the boys for 3 seasons in QLD and finally we will taste the pleasure of a fixture at the gabba.

If your not bleeding Black and White, you don't truly support Collingwood!!!!!

The Pies have won more often in Brisbane/Carrara than they have won here. Now thats a depressing thought. Though the last time they won up in wonderland from memory was when Leigh Matthews himself devised a plan to make the boys train in two pairs of jumpers to acclimatise them to the heat. This just off the top of block but I can't remember a time after this that we won in Brisbane.

Well I can understand your disappointment. However, I am pleased I'll get to see them here in Sydney in 2003.

I cant remember, does Collingwood play well in night games, because we've got 14 night games in 2003 i think.

Can someone tell me why people are so sour & bitter about Collingwood making the Grand Final and all I feel is Pride.
Go Magpies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
