Daughter no 2 has just emailed me about a rumour about Mick announcing his retirement due to illness at a press conference at 2.00 today.......and terry wallace taking over as coach. This rumour was around a few weeks ago.....but whats this about a press conference??

I apoligize if this has been discussed before...I am new to nicks. This is coming from my daughters office in Adelaide.......just wanted to get everyones feeling.

Hey F4C, yeah it's already been posted and Eddie was on 3AW last night saying it was garbage, Neil Balme was on the radio this morning refuting it, and there is even talk of legal action if they can find out who started the rumours.

Apparently the same rumour was emailed around a couple of weeks ago, but this time about Peter Schwab.

Just hate it when people talk about something so serious like Mick Malthouse having an illness when they dont know the facts.

Im sure Mick has family and friends that would worry if they saw something like this.

Thanks for the info........and i assure you i am not adding to the rumour......I just wanted the truth. Good to here the truth.
I did email daughter no2 back and told her that there was no way Micky would upset the Copeland with an announcement like that!
