I've always thought that the Norm Smith Medal was the best award a player could win. It's far more significant than the Brownlow.
If you're best on the ground in a Grand Final, you're a champion, even if you never play another game.
Bucks winning the NSM this year took a bit(just a bit)of the pain away for me, after losing the Grand Final. His act in removing the NSM from around his neck as he walked back to his players was a great act of leadership. I'm sure the players love him for it.
Bucks is a champion player and a champion captain. We're indeed fortunate at CFC. We have Eddie, Mick,Bucks,Judkins and Swann. The future is bright.

I agree that it was a great act of Leadership.
Buck's wasn't interested in personal accolades as he knew the whole team were in it with him.

The NSM just proves what we knew all along...
NATHAN BUCKLEY IS A CHAMPION. A champion player and captain and he thouroughly deserved to win it. We didn't take hom the cup but Bux winning the Norm Smith was a gr8 result.
NO-ONE CAN PREDICT TO WHAT HEIGHTS YOU CAN SOAR PIEBOYS... NOT EVEN YOU WILL KNOW UNLESS YOU SPREAD YOUR WINGS(AND WE DID).
