A star Collingwood player has been spotted at a local rival hamburger chain restaurant, it was reported yesterday.
Club president Eddie Mcguire was quick to hose down what is likely to become ‘burger-gate’.
“Look, there is no way we’ll accept or condone this type of off field behavior by our players and the club will launch it’s own internal investigation to get to the bottom of this”.
The club president went further to explain the pies sponsorship links with McDonald’s, “We’ve been associated with Macca’s for a long time now, you only have to look at some of the players who have played for us to know that. McKenna, McCormick, McGuanne, McKeown, we even had a president who’s name was Ranald McDonald. If that’s not association by history, I don’t know what is.”

In an unrelated issue yesterday, the Hamburglar placed an application to the board of Mcdonalds to have his horizontal black and white stripes changed to vertical ones.

I'm shocked and horrified that an AFL footballer could set such a poor example to the kids that look up to them. What a disgrace. No wonder kids these days are fat lard arsed useless blobs.

This player (who obviously cannot be named) should be fined $20,000 at least.
