Magpie Mail Footy Tipping - Standings after Round 22

Well... tipping has finished and all that remains to do is decide who has won something and what it is.

The top 7 placeholders receive a prize.

The top 7 are:

1st junkboy 124
1st pica 124
3rd kristin5 123
4th CharlieOneeye 122
4th Magpiemad 122
6th stik35 120
6th Black_White 120

We obviously have to separate junkboy and pica for the top 2 spots, CharlieOneeye and Magpiemad for 4th and 5th and stik35 and Black_White for 6th and 7th - with Kristin5 being the only one with enough independance to hold down a spot on her own.

The method used will be a countback. All perfect rounds will be counted first, if that doesn't separate the winners all rounds with 7 picks correct will be counted, etc. Once the finishing order has been established the prizes will be selected by the winners, with first place having first choice, second having second and so on.

I can't get to it at the moment and you may have to wait a couple of days for the final results, but in the meantime you can have a look at the prize list at http://tipping.magpies.net/ and decide what you want.

Am I pissed or what. Dropped out of the top seven in round 22, so finished just outside of the prizes.

Still it was fun, so I hope we run it again next year.

That's the best I've ever done in a footy tipping comp.
I pick the Pies everyweek which helped a lot this year until of course the last 8 weeks.
I only wish I'd joined at the start instead of coming in at the third round - I would have finished with 4 more points and come equal 1st!
