although this rumour is learly incorrect, Didnt Darren Milane play out a final series with a broken hand (incrdibly rare act reserved for the immortals , but not impossible !!!

Fear not people. The incident in question did in fact happen in Brisbane - Scott slung Hayes into fence, Hayes has two breaks in hand.

Bucks did NOT break his hand.
I think Millane played all of the 1990 premiership finals series with a broken thumb. I remember seeing a shot of him being injected and strapped before a game. Was in immense pain, but on the field you would never know.
