Pavelich to become a Magpie?

Just heard on MMM radio that Balme and Pyman met with Matthew Pavelich's manager and parents! Ohhh how good handy would he be in defense!

Quite ironic really....as he could have been at the club a few years back with the McKee deal with Richmond!

Apparently his contract is up at the end of the year and he is interested.

Pavlich would be a great pickup to compliment the 'kids'.

Honestly, Scott Cummings wont be around next year unless he kicks 10 or more in every game from now on, and there are some concerns re Chad Rintoul's health - migraines.

Then there are the players who are in their 'make-or-break' season. Not going to mention any names, but they know who they are.

If/when the time comes, I'm sure Eddie will find whatever is needed to secure him.

Apparently Pavlich is from SA and would rather return there.
Any player that would rather go somewhere other than Collingwood is going to be sorry as I hope Heath Black is already.
