Work cover/court

Well I have been told that my work cover case has been held over 'to a date to be advised' Christ these solicitors and barristers know how to charge for NUFINK....The other party had all their case ready to go,but they didnt like to attitude of some one in the court.I have now go to wait until next Tuesday to find out when the fianl time comes.
2 1/2 bloody days wasted just waiting for what?????
We shall now get a call from the solicitor on Monday afrternoon/Tuesday morning....At least I know how much my legal team want me to get as far as 45% disability is concerned which makes up 45% disability of the back and 48% disability of the right leg,together with pain and suffering,loss of wages and loss of superannuation and all the other extras,they are looking at at least $1mill....Yeh and pigs might fly too.

I got the Barrister date and defered court date in the mail today.Barrister id May 22 at 6:30pm and defered court date is June 13 at 10:15am,so the light is getting bigger.
Watch out Aussie here we come...??????

Hang in there Peter.
All this crap is common practise for the authority. It is designed to break your spirit and enable them to offer a reduced payout.
you would be suprised the number of people who accept less than they deserve just to make the shit stop.
Remember that we are behind you all the way.
