Post subject: Is it Reserve Seats this Friday at the Gee? | |

I just tried to ring the AFL, no answer.
I just tried to ring the MCC, and got in a loop with their "automatic" switchboard (if you say you are a non member with a general enquiry, you go nowhere), tried something else, then got put on hold.
Can not see enough bandwagonning blues turning up to make it necessary, but you never know with the money hungry AFL and their buddy corporations.
Rule 1. Barrack for Collingwood
Rule 2. See rule 1.
Rule 3. There is no rule 3.

I've bought reserved seats just to be sure I don't miss out - but I haven't heard if there will be unreserved seating or not - sorry.
I miss the old days of just turning up at a game without having to plan and book seats weeks in advance!

... Just got through to Donna (lovely lady) at the AFL, and she said it is not a "ticketed only affair". (Also) she had spoke to someone in operations, this morning, and that there should be no problems with General Admission, BUT that (AFL) member's areas were being reserved at a decent rate.
COOOL, so see you at the Ponsford End, behind the goals (last week it RAINED goals down our end, 24 out of 35 goals kicked).
