According to the TV mag that comes out of the Sunday Telegraph,this is what the scene is for 'rules' followers in Sydney.
1) Ch9....Every Friday,nine will show a late night replay of the FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL,featuring a match of the round....On Sunday they will show Sunday Afternoon Football fro 1 to 4 pm.The commentary team will be Eddie,Sam Gary Lyon,Denis Commetti and sundry others.
2)Ch 10 will broadcast 2 Saturday matches each week one in the afternoon and one at night.Fox will show one and Ch 10 will show the other.this being day/night.Saturday night games will be agian shown at 10:30pm unless the Swans are playing,and then we get live action at 7:30pm.
3)Fox Channel have the rest at 24 hours per day 7 days a week and we have to pay for the privilage.
Rugby League get Fox 1 & 2 for FREE so why dont AFL get ch 14 for FREE.
