Magpie Gal 19 celebrates her 21st Birthday

Went to Suzie's 21st tonight. Appropriately, it was held at the Collingwood Social Club at Victoria Park. Where else could it have been held?

I had a great night. Even managed to let loose on the dance floor eventually, after much prompting from Cobood.

Quite a lot of Cheer Squad people there. We even did a Cheer Squad chant to the amusement of bewildered on-lookers, many of whom don't even barrack for Collingwood.

And that DJ ... The Vibe ... was ... er ... "radical". He had us in stitches all night.

Suzie is one of the most pleasant-natured people you would ever hope to meet and it was a great pleasure to be part of her celebration. And it was nice to meet her parents and other family members and friends. Obviously, when you've been surrounded by such loving people all your life, you can't help but turn out wonderful. Suzie is a credit to all those people.

I've already thanked you in person, Suzie ... but thank you again ... in public ... for allowing the likes of me to enjoy such a great night.

Happy Birthday ...

... actually ... for the benefit of those who don't know ... her actual birthday is next Tuesday.
