Meet Your Moderators

I've just realised that the only people that know what's happening with the moderation of this board are the moderators themselves.

So, to fill the rest of you in. We have a moderation team made up of 27 board users. The moderators are moderating in teams of 3 with each team moderating for 1 week. That means that no-one is on duty for any more than 1 week in 9. The moderators as a group are also the administators of the board. Group decisions are made after discussion in the Administrators / Moderators private forum or on the moderators' listserver.

Because we're being moderated by 27 different people, the moderation will probably not be consistant. That means that the board probably won't be boring. If you don't like someone's moderation style, wait a week and they'll be gone.

If you have complaints or praise or need to communicate with the moderators for any reason, use the General Feedback forum. If you would like to be included in the moderation team drop a note in that forum.
