Post subject: Game of the SeasonReply with quote

Just wanted to ask whether it was a right move by MM to say that the Anzac Day game will be the decider on where we will go this season. Doesn't this put a lot of pressure on the players to perform, and if they do not win against the Dons, they will start being pessimistic? Wouldn't this make the team less confident in their abilities? If we win, it will do wonders, but if we lose, MM's comments will be stuck in their heads for a long time and it might start a slump... What do the rest of the Magpie hopeful think?

i think he said it so 98,000 people turn up to the game. i doubt the players really listen to those promotional news conferences anyway.
