Mark Robo was talking about swan 3 weeks ago it wasnt about tarrant at all

he said a player could be sacked but would be taken up by any 15 clubs

I heard Taz was gonna be traded to the Sunshine Coast league for a Carton of beer and he is promised a free surfboard.

With all trades we must realise that EVERY player is available - it just depends on if you can trade to get what your club needs.

Taz would and will be traded if the price is right.

We have loads of tall forwards and Taz is a HF and FF in 2005 will be C2 or Davo - as Taz's conversion rate is not up to what a FF MUST do.

I hope he is not traded - but we must be prepared that ANYONE can be traded.

Imagine (I did say imagine) if the Cats offered Ablett and Scarlett for Taz - MM would drive him down there personally.

The point is the Pies WILL ONLY trade if it good for the Club.

Who would you trade Tarrant for? I have only a few players that I would consider:

-Riewoldt
-Voss
-Akermains
-Treadra
-Judd (maybe)

Any of those players I'd consider. Particuarly Riewoldt and Treadra seeing as they are tall forwards. But lets be serious, he'll never leave the club until he retires. There is no point in ditiching him. He is a star and we all no thast. The threads you read on other boards are bs and just a little bit of mucking around. Why not? This is silly season and you should be allowed to speculate about the future of certain players.

Cats have a lot of options in their midfield that could benefit us if Taz was given his marching orders. I d love Wojinski & Moloney or Tenace + their first round pick.
