Some recent developments for those interested in reading the thesis.

The thesis is available for reading and downloading at

but there have been a few problems at this site because of the data transfer limit being exceeded.

... I've read the first page too, Alf. I suppose when someone yells out "is there a doctor in the house?" you will have to resist the urge to put yourself forward.

But at least you can scream YES at the telly during repeats of that british sitcom "Is there a Doctor in the house?".
