What is Noel up to?

OK,
its no secret that we are after a key defendar.
So far Ben Holland and Trent Croad have come up. At the moment, Trent Croad seems likely to be heading to Freo while Holland looks have to agreed terms to part to Adelaide.

Why haven't we put up more of a fight for these players?
I have hardly heard anything on our trading movemonts. Only a small section were it said Gary Moorcroft may be heading here.

This is not a bagging, im just curious on what you think Judkins is up to? I wonder who he is after, i wonder if he is doing anything all at Optus Oval! lol

Stuffed if I know...I'm starting to think there isn't any Collingwood representatives there at all. We'll have to wait and see.

It is very similar to last year we were after Gehrig, and when that fell through we bobbed up with a few that were not talked about until they were ours. There are plenty out of contract that just haven't been mention like Schwartz, Nick Holland and David Mench dud or no dud, no talk at all about anyone interested. I think that clubs let the media know what they want them to know, but I think the Croad one leaked somehow, and look at what dramas we had with that, usually you have a new club to console your hatred for your old club.

Clubs have tightened up in the last few years, and haven't really spoken to the media about a trade until the deal is complete. Any trade that is in the media spotlight usually collapses, take our pursuit of Gehrig last year for example.
