A big bodied strong, tall and fast midfielder who kicks on both sides. Welcome to Collingwood. Very pleased with this selection. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

I can't believe we got him.
I thought he'd be gone long before our first pick.
A future star! Wait and see! |

He will be a real acquisition for the club, my only question is for how long. Given that his Dad is virtually Dockers royalty there might be a fairly strong pull back West after his first contract ends. We don't want another Ollie Henry situation. _________________ Born and raised in Black and White |

I think we’re still smarting from missing out on Patrick Cripps in his draft year so this is our attempt to redress that. He’s certainly a lot quicker than Cripps, is good on both sides of the body, but doesn’t have anything like the form Cripps had, having missed so much of the year with stress fractures of the back. He could be anything or he could be a complete fail if he can’t stay fit. I wish we had been conservative and gone for players with better form. Still some very highly rated players who missed out in the first round, so hopefully they’re available with our next picks. |

I like it! He could be anything. He is the slider, we’ve clearly gone best available talent. _________________ Billy Picken, the great No. 25 in the sky! |
