u seem to be a man in the know. just wondering if u can tell me anything about a rumor i heard.
A friend of mine who claims to have inside knowledge of essendon told meAaron Henneman was coming to collingwood for health scotland and our second round draft pick.
I wasn't sure if he was spinning shit but it seems to fit. Sheedy said they want midfielders and apparently henneman has spit the dummy. my mate said it is a done deal.
u heard anything about it?

I have known for quite awhile that Essendon has been interested in Scotland and Lane as the Bombers made overtures to these players last year.

From what I have heard so far, is that Essendon are still interested in Scotland.

But that is as far as it goes at this stage, but I haven't heard about Henneman.

I wouldn't be suprised if the pies have asked for him and Essendon have put up Morcroft instead.

Scottland is tradable. He may be good in the future but he gets limited opportunities because we have TOO MANY on ballers. We HAVE to trade some for players or draft choices.
I would be happy with Lane and Scottland for Henneman.
