India was 1/23, in reply to Pakistan's 224. Rather a get out of jail effort from Pakistan who were 8/137 until Mohammad Sami and Fazl-E-Akbar fashioned a 70 run partnership thanks to some inaccurate Indian bowling.

Sami was the top scorer with 49, being run out looking for his maiden Test 50. Balaji with 4/63 had the best figures of the Indian bowlers.

The sole Indian wicket to fall was that of Sehwag, caught in the gully off Shoaib to the first ball of the innings.

It is good to see Rahul Dravid make such a big score. I am fascinated that India can come back from a massive loss in the second test to win so comprehensively in the third. Well done to India for winning both the ODI and Test series. This should bring the rivalry back big time!
