Happy 2020 to all the beautiful Nicksters as we start our preparations for the Pies 2020 Premiers campaign. On a more serious note though, is there any chance we could entice the best full back this last decade out of his self imposed retirement and have him join the best flag prospects this next three years for at least a couple of those seasons? Before the nasty attack keyboard warriors launch into me, please respond with your football brains and not your instincts! Surely we could use Rance and offer him the spiritual support that the anti christ Richmond failed to provide? Imagine him in our backline and the magnificent Darcy back where he belongs kicking goals. _________________ I love this club and I hold anyone in contempt who does not think it is worth fighting for. |

Coming out of retirement would be one thing, may well happen although I doubt this season. But changing teams, and to Collingwood?

He remains contracted at Richmond.
Richmond players are already running a competition to see who picks closest to the round that he announces his comeback. |

As much chance as Bertha has of playing in the the gender fluid games next week.
Rance has more chance of becoming a Barista in the "Church of the Latte Day Saints" _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

Darcy Moore can kicks goals? hmmmm, wishful thinking me thinks. If he could kick goals, he would never have been sent to the backline in the first place.... _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

Alex suffers from "media necessity syndrome". He shall make a comeback around July/August this season after 7 months of "Alex time". _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

Wrong on both counts. That wasn't the reason he stopped and media won't be the reason for his probable resumption. There's no need for players to tell the public about everything that is happening in their lives away from football. |

Alex does! There shall probably be a reality show about Alex given his penchant for the limelight! _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

Look I mean if we aren’t talking right now to Rance management then we are missing one of the greatest unexpected opportunities to ever come up since Barry Hall was a free agent! I’ll never forgive Collingwood for not signing Hall. We must pursue Rance if we want back to back Premierships. _________________ I love this club and I hold anyone in contempt who does not think it is worth fighting for. |

^ Rance remains on Richmond's list so he's not a free agent. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

Richmond must have learnt from Mal Michael's "retirement". |
