Well hands or no hands I felt that was his best game as when he tackled they felt it —he was pretty ferocious
And his field play was VG _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

agree. his physicality is excellent. He seemed a little more assured this week. There is definitely a spot in our midfield for one of Sier and Wills. I wonder if he is feeling like he might have that spot and maybe that is giving him confidence. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

With each game Rupert learns more about his power and how to use the physical force combined with field play
Last night was a lot beast and fair amount of finesse
I’m looking for him to maintain the physical side
Cast my mind back to one of his early VFL games ( which got him AFL games ) in 2017 at which he muscled his way through traffic at Vic Park centre and unload a 60/70 meter goal to railway end _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

He engages more in contest than Sier.
Brayden tends to sit back more
Wills relishing down and dirty with his mate Adams _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

Definitely getting confidence he can keep his spot and not Sier. He would have got a talk during the week about it too, probably from Pendles. And he took the opportunity with both hands. I hope he doesn't keep them to himself! Loved to see him using his brute strength to get through congestion too. |

His ball-handling at the coalface is atrocious, so he can keep the spot only while he is keeping important opposition players under the pump. He did that very well yesterday. The Crows, however, have virtually no leg speed at all in their midfield, so the test for Wills will be whether he can keep that pressure on against quicker mids in bigger games - if he can do that, he and Adams can allow Pendlebury, Treloar and Sidebottom to be forward of the contest, where they are very dangerous. |

He’s now played the grand total of ELEVEN AFL matches.
The guy has had no luck with injuries. He needs continuity and like most players who come into the game with some ability, he should continue to improve the more he plays at that level.
I think “ atrocious “ handballing is a bit harsh. 20 touches ( 12 handballs ) and went at 80% efficiency.
I accept he can put team mates under pressure with a hit and hope release but when you’ve only played eleven games at that level, most players are still finding their feet. |

Wouldn’t say his ball skills are atrocious but they need working on just like Adams early doors—-whilst Adams is OK and improved he gets by
And in third year Wills has not achieved Adams standards but could well do _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

Bucks not exactly singing the praises of his likely replacement:
Quote: | ...there's blokes ahead of Brayden at the moment.
The reason they are is because they've performed better than him through the year so Brayden's got a bit of work to make up in a short space of time. |

Think Brayden has lost form in top paddock at present _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

He had commitment question marks when we recruited him, and he hasn't done himself any favours. He either levels up and gets committed, or gets moved on at the end of the year. And he'll probably benefit from the kick up the bum getting traded does to a player, and become a star at another club. |

I'm sure he'll be available to Phil Inn as necessary. |
