BOG 2 weeks ago.
Dont mess with our defensive unit.
That unit is the best in the business.
Levi has been outstanding.
Bloody outstanding ....keep him there.
Reward for effort. |

Greenwood has reinvented himself as a defender and is now playing some of his best football for us. |

I trust you had a great trip R B
THE Greenwood reincarnation is off the back of him being allowed to back himself now and again as opposed to hang off an opposition player for the entire game. He was runner up in north’s best and fairest as an inside mid and we probably haven’t maximised his strengths since he came here ( albeit it’s always been a tough midfield to break into )
He just looks a better player when the game unfolds in front of him rather than all around him when he was playing up the ground.
It’s just suits his straight line attack on the footy.
At least we know he won’t leave anything behind. |

Yes, great post Pies2016. I agree totally. Levi has come into his own as an aggressive defender. And you have explained why. His current role allows his strengths to be optimised. I would not be moving him from where he is any time soon. He has been instrumental over the last few weeks in repulsing so many opposition attacks, sometimes in just an astonishing level of desperation and briliance. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

Greenwood's been great in the backline this year. The only thing that's held his career back a bit is his kicking. Let's face it, it's a bit heart in the mouth stuff when he kicks it, but surprisingly so far his kicks have been working out.
He sometimes does get exposed for pace when playing on a speedy forward, like he did when Jetta beat him in a 1on1 contest and easily ran out the back and kicked an open goal in the Melbourne game. |

I'd suggest his disposal standard has improved this season, still sprays the odd one, when kicking under duress, but i'm confident his kicks hit the target now.

Harsh mate, I think Jetta would have burnt off most opponents if I am recalling the same goal, junk time at the end of 1st quarter with seconds to go? _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |
